RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased on our web site for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on merchandise that is worn or used.
Re-stocking fee may apply for merchandise that is not returned in its original packaging.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
We are happy to special order products if your size or desired color is not in stock. 50% deposit will be accepted at the time of order and the balance can be paid when the products are ready for pick up or shipping
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS:
We can custom make many items for your home or office; pillow cases, table cloths, curtains, bedding, dog/cat beds, etc. 50% deposit will be accepted at the time of order and balance can be paid when the items are ready for pick up or shipping
TAILORING AND ALTERATIONS:
We will be happy to work with you to create a perfect fit for most apparel. Additional charges may apply.
