The Kausi trousers are made of firm cotton twill in the Kevättalkoot pattern. These creased trousers have wide trouser legs with a cropped cut, slanted side pockets and one welt pocket in the back. There is a concealed zipper with a hook and a button fastening in the front.
Kevättalkoot (spring work party), a cheerful pattern of flowers in full bloom, is a fine example of the stylized nature-themed patterns designed by Fujiwo Ishimoto. The influence of nature can be clearly felt in nearly all of his designs, whether figurative or abstract.
