The Marimekko Maija silk button-up shirt has a slim, straight fit and the Unikko pattern. The shirt has a concealed button closure, a back yoke seam with pleats, and a curved hem with side slits. The cuffed sleeves have slits and button closures.

Marimekko’s famous pattern Unikko was born in 1964, in a time when the design house’s collections featured abstract primarily prints. Designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting from this organic theme and designed an entire range of floral prints. Today, the iconic flower represents creativity.
