Taipale Kukasta Kukkaan Short-Sleeve Maxi

The Marimekko Taipale dress has a slim, A-line fit, and it features the Kukasta Kukkaan pattern. 

• The long dress has an O-neck in the front and a deep V-slit and ribbon closure in the back neckline.
• The dress has short sleeves and a narrow, separate belt with padding.
• The bust darts give the dress a more fitting shape.
• Marimekko dresses are cut using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary slightly. Each item is unique.

Erja Hirvi brought the joyfully blossoming Kukasta kukkaan print to life during a burst of creativity at her summer retreat, fully immersed in floral inspiration. The loosely conceived pattern emerged as she painted, capturing the myriad ways flowers appear in nature. The Finnish name of the design translates to “from flower to flower” – a nod to the playful flight of bumblebees among summer blooms.

Material: This product is made of a lyocell and viscose blend, which contains 62% lyocell and 38% recycled viscose.

Care: Machine wash in cold water on a gentle setting. Tumble dry on low heat, or hang to dry. Tumble drying recommended. Iron on a medium setting.

May fade. Shrinkage max. 5%. Wash separately. Do not reverse to wash. Steaming recommended.
