Made thoughtfully. The main body is 100% recycled polyester. Lining, handles, and shoulder strap are 100% recycled nylon. Finished with recycled leather details.
On the print. Unikko was born in 1964 when floral designs were rare in Marimekko's collections. Designer Maija Isola was drawn to flowers anyway — and created an entire range of floral prints that would become some of the most recognized patterns in design history. The poppy endures as a symbol of creativity and quiet boldness.
